Neck stiffness and pain shoulder pain
I am suffering from neck pain stiffness and shoulder pain along with both wrist pain and sometime pain radiated to hand ..from 3 months... Took all medicines no results... Now i am thinking to get therapy... For what should i go for tens therapy or ultrasoung therapy ... Help

Hi, you don't need much if tens and ultrasound..you should go for a proper exercise program with the help of Physiotherapist to relieve the nerve compression either due to faulty ergonomics or due to any mechanical issue in the spine
