It is cervical radiculopathy, visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take IFT+US therapy for 2 weeks, after a week you will be suggested with exercises and the issue of disc will reduce. Maintain proper posture.

Hey hello The issue which is addressed shows symptoms of a cervical radiculopathy upon the visualisation of the given x ray there is a marked variation in the cervical spine alignment and can be a pathology underlying but requires a detailed assessment further it is better to go for a whole spine screening MRI because you are addressing lower limb pain also

Your pain could be due to disc lesion.  You should take a MRI Cervical spine and whole spine screening. Then you should consult a physiotherapist in person for complete assessment and treatment.

Cervical radiculopathy u need to visit nearby physiotherapy clinic for proper assessment and treatment. Take cervical traction along with IFT for 2 weeks to reduce tingling sensation and pain after that start doing isometric exercises to ur neck. Maintain proper posture and ergonomics.
