Neck pain back side
I have neck pain and pain in lower part of head backside from two days and i also feel little pain in shoulder area. My age is 22 . Suggest some medicine.

Your pain can be because of posture while using mobile phones.. try to keep your neck straight while using screen.. Give hot compression to the neck region where you have pain and apply pain balm
