I get neck and head ,shoulder pain due to muscle imbalance in my back when I sit in desk ...is there any kind of back support that I can use for the timeing as it will time a lot of time to make my muscle balanced ..

Hi You have to work on your posture. Ergonomics correction is also important as muscle will take time to balance but it will improve day by day if you use correct biomechanics and erganomics. Or you can buy posture corrector brace from amazon it will be helpfull, you will get easily from amazon, wear it while working.

Hi these pains and stiffness is common among sitting jobs and students studying for long hours or may be playing games on phone/pc. But the thing is you need to correct your posture, have frequent breaks and take time for exercises. and it wont take much time for its reversal, passive therapy like back support is never answer for young chap like you.

Use ergonomic chair if you are sitting for prolong time or wear posture correction belt to maintain upper back posture. To reduce pain as of now visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take electrotherapy for 3 days. Later with strengthening exercises it can be balaced and try to maintain proper posture.

The chair n table where you work plays an important role in maintaining muscular balance . Visit your nearby physio therapy clinic for electro therapy. You can start with neck n back strengthening exercises asap goes off

Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic for proper assessment and treatment,take electrical modalities treatment to reduce the spasm and pain Use ergonomics chair,maintain proper posture that means get up from ur work place with in 20 mins have a walk for 10 sec and go back to your work. After reducing pain start doing mobilization and stretching exercises to ur neck and upper back.
