Neck and back side of head pain
Am getting pain on back side of head and neck and I don't moving neck very well Generally there more pain during the night and start from morning it's ok Last 6 month this type Pain

Its not normal to have increase of pain in night. It signifies inflammation of the structures. So consult a proper doctor for it and take appropriate treatment till then do icing as it will help in reducing inflammation.

Make sure your posture is correct through out the day. Too much bending of neck need to be avoided. Also start doing these following exercises. Its purely overworking if one muscle! And this happens because of faulty posture! Consult physiotherapist! Good tension release and taping will do wonders; along with ice bag!
