Nausea heartburn stomach pain

Asked for Female, 22 Years

After I ate dinner last night, I had a sore throat so I took tylenol meds for it. When I woke up in the morning I had heart burn and bad bowel movement. I took the medicine again then when I got home from work I threw up what seems to be acid. it was mostly liquid. today, i've been having stomach pains and heart burn still along with headaches and more nausea.
