Hello, PCOS is mainly due to the imbalance in the hormones as well as the lifestyle. Lifestyle modification with right nutrition will help you in managing PCOS better. I suggest you connect with us for a personalized diet session as it takes into account your routine, lifestyle, eating habits, medications, medical conditions if any, height, weight, etc. This helps in identifying the gap areas and correcting them accordingly. Also, I suggest you connect with your gynaecologist once.  As a start follow guidelines can be helpful - 1. Never skip meals and have balanced meals 2. Avoid sweets,  sugar,  refined flour, processed and packaged foods 3. Exercise regularly for 45 minutes 4. Ensure intake of two fruits throughout the day 5. Healthy fats from nuts and seeds can be incorporated in the diet 6. Stay well hydrated
