My wife has a fever.
Since yesterday my wife has been getting fever between 100 to 102, Dolo Paracetamol has been given twice. The reason for fever is to get wet in the rain. Haven't had a fever for the last 4 hours yet, what to do?

Continue Dolo 650 three times daily for two more days
If fever does not subside....then she may have to get blood and urine tested
If she develops any cough, or sore throat....covid rtpcr swab test is suggested

take plenty of water to avoid getting dehydrated
