TSH of 6.5 is mildly elevated and hair fall is a very common symptom of this. Since your weight and periods are normal, this looks like subclinical hypothyroidism. Low-dose thyroxine (around 25-50 mcg) is usually recommended when TSH is above 5 with symptoms. Take it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Also get your Free T4 and anti-TPO antibodies checked once to understand the cause. Recheck TSH after 6-8 weeks of starting medication.
Next Steps
Feel free to consult me on Practo for a proper prescription and thyroid management plan.

If TSH alone is high , you don't need any medicine at this time,as your TSH is less than 10.However medicine is required if you are planning for a pregnancy,or significant symptoms present.

No need to worry TSH 6.5 with hair fall is common and very manageable👍 responds well to proper treatment, and hair fall usually improves once levels are corrected. Book a quick consultation with me now I’ll review your full report and give you the right dose and plan for fast relief. 😊
