TSH of 6.5 is mildly elevated and hair fall is a very common symptom of this. Since your weight and periods are normal, this looks like subclinical hypothyroidism. Low-dose thyroxine (around 25-50 mcg) is usually recommended when TSH is above 5 with symptoms. Take it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Also get your Free T4 and anti-TPO antibodies checked once to understand the cause. Recheck TSH after 6-8 weeks of starting medication.

If TSH alone is high , you don't need any medicine at this time,as your TSH is less than 10.However medicine is required if you are planning for a pregnancy,or significant symptoms present.
Please share details of your symptoms. Get thyroid antibodies, lipid profile, tested. Decision to start treatment will depend on these results along with clinical symptoms.
No need to worry TSH 6.5 with hair fall is common and very manageable👍 responds well to proper treatment, and hair fall usually improves once levels are corrected.

Kindly share image of the reports.
Based on all three tsh, t3 and t4 levels, we can plan for medicine.
Avoid processed foods.
Diagnosing only on the basis of TSH and starting on medications can be a disaster.
