Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use a pillow under the knees. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my you tube channel nc gupta me and my yoga). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. Considering the age group, it seems like Osteoarthritis. And depending on the severity of the problem the treatment differs. Will need more information though. Please do share your x-rays.

It is most likely due to osteoarthritis. All the treatments are temporary apart from knee replacement. You can try home remedies now at the moment (corona situation). Try hot water bags or ice ( not at the same time). Do quadriceps exercises. Try some supplements might help for time being. Call near by clinics over phone and enquire about home visit. Hope she gets some pain relief.
