For lower back pain can do the following exercises but only if pain is not severe, as exercises stretches the muscles the pain will increase. 1. Lower tummy strengthening. 2. Deep abdominal strengthening. 3. Bridge. 4. Pelvis tilt. 5. Lower back stretch. 6. Leg stretch. 7. Piriformis stretch. each movements to be done cautiously if supervised by expert is good.
