My main goal is to be fit
I am going to visit my relatives in 4 months, and I want to start eating healthy. More than that, I want to get fit. Currently I am 5'3, 18 years old and 75kg, don't drink alcohol, smoke or do drugs. I constantly eat just for the sake of eating, although I drink water around 1.5L/day. What type of diet should I stick to? How about workout regime?
