"Hello, thank you for reaching out. A hemoglobin level of 7.7 g/dl indicates anemia, which could result from various causes like iron deficiency, vitamin B12 deficiency, or other underlying conditions. It's essential to investigate the root cause through blood tests such as a complete blood count, iron studies, vitamin B12 levels, and peripheral smear.
For now, I recommend starting oral iron supplements like tablet Orofer XT (one tablet daily after meals) and a multivitamin containing folic acid and vitamin B12. Additionally, if symptoms persist or worsen, a parenteral approach (iron injections) or even a blood transfusion may be necessary, depending on clinical evaluation.
Please consult a physician for a thorough evaluation and personalized treatment plan. You may contact me for further advice and better management via WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two. Take care."
