My ear downside and near have pain

Asked for Male, 32 Years

My ear downside and near have pain consulting with ent doctor ear inside no problem but after 5days need to take scan may be some therapy infection and get tooth specialist suggestion. But I don't have pain in tooth.ortho doctor also told me some therapy infection please solve this issue
