This is due to picky eating. Kindly follow the below steps Establish Routine: Offer meals at regular times to build hunger and predictability. Divide Responsibility: Parents provide the food and structure; the child decides what and how much to eat. Reduce Pressure: Maintain a calm and positive meal environment. Avoid bribery or forcing him to eat. Gradual Exposure: Slowly introduce tiny amounts of new textures into his preferred mashed foods.
