Hello there, first, take a deep breath—you’re not alone in feeling this way .What you’re going through is something many mothers face around this age, and it can feel incredibly overwhelming. Around 12–18 months, babies naturally become more independent, their appetite decreases, and they often prefer the comfort of breastfeeding over solids. The more we try to force or distract them with screens, the more they resist, and this creates a tiring loop The gentle way out of this is to slowly bring structure—offer meals at fixed times, allow her to explore food on her own without pressure, reduce frequent comfort feeds gradually, and accept that even a few bites are enough in the beginning. If she is full of milk → she will NOT eat solids Space feeds: 2–3 hours gap before meals Let her come to table slightly hungry. Let her self-feed (even if messy) Give finger foods Soft roti pieces Boiled veggies Fruits It may be tough for a few days, but babies learn when given space and consistency. 2–3 spoons is OK initially Don’t expect full bowl Most importantly, please take care of yourself too—step away when you feel overwhelmed, ask for help, and remind yourself that this phase is temporary. You are a caring, attentive mother, and your baby is safe, loved, and learning every day—even on the hard days

This is quite common. This is a phase they go through of not eating. She will be ok after some time. We must know her weight, height, head size and overall development. No need to worry usually. The childs growth slows down after this age. So lower your expectations. Contact directly

Hello First of all no need to be frustrated.. This journey of weaning from milk to complementary food needs patience. Don’t think that your daughter will consume it all in a day itself.. You need to wait so that she develops the taste of other food .. Children are comfortable with milk but alone its not sufficient so kindly follow these steps 1) You start with just 2 food in a day + feeding ( banana & cerelac ) continue same for 3 days .. she might spit dobt worry just try . 2) once she start accepting you shift to another thing 3) try for 15-20 days 4 ) once she start accepting then u can mix 2 similar things like dal and rice make the khichdi 5) Avoid screen time 6) Avoid distractions sit in calm room and try to feed her the meal 7 ) gradually increase the feed and decrease the milk
Next Steps
Be patient
