My 4 month old is having loose motions
My 4 month old baby is having loose motions from two days..In a day he passed stools 6 times almost after every feed. First day his stools were sticky and mucus like . Next day it turned watery and he tries hard to push while passing stools.
Any measures that I need to take as he is breastfed and I also give formula once in a day .
