My 4 month old baby suffering from fever which is in and out pediatriciansuggest me to give him paracetamol dose-3 in 3 ml,ambrodil-s dose-3 in 3ml,astha-ddose 3 in 3mland also he is 4 month old baby also I got report of urine taste ,he has an infection so pediatriciansuggest zanocin dose -2in 5ml. I am confuse plz suggest me

For fever,no other medicine is required,give only paracetamol and repeat every 4 hours if needed. If urine test shows more than 5 pus cells,only then a good antibiotic is indicated for 7 days,depending on culture reports.
