Congratulations on your pregnancy. Mutton liver is a good source of iron , folic acid and essential vitamins which can help the baby’s growth & development. However, it is also high in fat & cholesterol and may cause unwanted weight gain for you in the coming few weeks.
Please take it only occasionally, once in 10 days - 4-5 small pieces , fresh and well cooked.

Mutton liver is rich in iron and good quality protein, surely it is good for health and help you to meet the extra needs of iron and protein during pregnancy. You can consume it, but limited quantity, generally 60-75g ( medium size excluding bone) of portion is good during pregnancy. You can consume it 2-3 times in week, and rest of the day you can have other good source of protein and iron.
