I'm having muscle pain in my calves from a long time, it's there when I wake up in the morning. My calcium levels were normal when I did test but still doctor says it's calcium and vit d problem and prescribed supplements. And after taking calcium supplements it's better, so is it really calcium deficiency even though the test didn't show that.
