Muscle pain and chest pain

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Im 33 years old and since 3 days im facing pain in upper body like suddenly from neck to Hip muscle will catch and pain will increase. Every day im taking pain killer and night after 1am suddenly muscle will catch in left chest or right chest I cannot move my body either sit or sleep. Immediately i have to take Eno or any pain killer tablet. Im taking Gastric tablet but still im facing this issue. Drinking lot of water. Medical history - Taking CCM tablet from 4 years and Thyriod tablet Please suggest to over come sudden muscle stiff and pain
