Having muscle pain around nipple area of lest chest since last 3 days.. tried using zandu palm..but the problem is still persistent

It is likely to be a muscle spasm but since it is a chest pain more towards the left, I would advise you to visit the ER so that you can get an ECG done so as to know your cardiac status. You may require smooth muscle relaxant, antacids and a topical analgesic. You could apply a hot bag over the area and don't wear tight clothing.
