Had thyroid ablation 6 yrs ago. Family and personal history of chronic nose bleeds. Iron deficient anemia. 39 yrs old. Very healthy until about a yr ago. Now i am fatigued, shortness of breath, erectile dysfunction, constipation, acid reflux, blood pressure increasing. Steadily worsening.
