Hi, I can’t prescribe any multivitamins on this forum. I could suggest that your diet should have a rich source of vitamin C , B complex vitamins, vitamin A, Zinc, calcium and iron. This would mean a diet which has green leafy vegetables, fibre and seasonal fruits.
Next Steps
If your concerned regarding deficiencies then you could get it tested.
Health Tips
Daily sun exposure for 20-30 minutes is required for everyone so make sure your getting your daily dose of sun!
