I m pregnant with 3 months.small mouth ulcer has occurred on tongue which is very painful.can i apply regular mouth ulcer gel on tongue.kindly guide.

If it’s first trimester , only folic acid tablet apart from healthy diet. If 2 nd trimester has started , supplements in consultation with Gynaecologist .
