Mouth sore and dryness
For the last two days I feel dryness in my mouth.There are small white spots on my tongue, inner cheeks and inside the lips.These patches are so painful that I feel difficulty in talking and eating. Today I m feeling so much weakness. What can be its possible cause and what should I do?
