  4. Missed periods. Should i be concerned?

My period is three weeks late. My last period before this wasn't normal for me it was mainly dark brown spotting with one day where there was actual red blood but not much of it. I have took three pregnancy tests over the last three week all which have come back negative. Should I be concerned? What could be the cause
