Palpitations and missed period both can occur in a patient with thyroid disorder, your current Thyroid function test will be helpful to know the current situation, and thus advise you better. Additional history will be required to rule out any gynaecological reasons for your missed period.

The low level of TSH is due to medicine induced hyperthyroidism causing palpitations.Though fluctuating thyroid levels results in irregular periods, exact cause is determined by visiting a gyenoclogist.

I don't think in this case we can connect the Thyroid hormone with your missing periods . Please get a sonography of the lower abdomen done and consult with a Gynaecologist with the report.

"Thank you for reaching out with your concern. It sounds like you’re going through a challenging time managing your thyroid levels, and I completely understand how distressing missed periods and palpitations can be. Thyroid health plays a crucial role in many of our body’s systems, especially in maintaining a regular menstrual cycle. Low TSH levels, particularly when below 0.01, can indeed lead to menstrual irregularities and other symptoms like palpitations, as you’ve described. When managing thyroid conditions, it’s essential to find a steady treatment regimen. Stopping Thyronorm abruptly could have caused a sudden change in your thyroid hormone levels, which may be why your cycle is affected this month. Maintaining a consistent thyroid balance is key, as even small fluctuations can impact both physical and emotional well-being. I’d recommend a thorough evaluation to understand your thyroid function in detail and explore a plan that stabilizes your levels without causing discomfort. By doing so, we can help restore your cycle and alleviate symptoms like palpitations. Feel free to reach out directly so we can go over your medical history and create a personalized treatment approach tailored to your needs. To make things convenient, you can contact me directly on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two. Let’s work together to bring your health back into balance."

TSH levels <0.01 may cause menstrual issues, you should stop taking thyronorm for now your palpitations may have been due to overtreatment of hypothyroidism.
Next Steps
Consult an endocrinologist for the correction of your thyroid levels.
