Milk in pregnancy
I am in 8th week of my pregnancy... Haven't started taking milk yet as its smell cause nausea and also always feel bloated so nt able to start it yet... Can i start taking milk in afternoon after lunch or before lunch... As in morning and night not able to take... Kindly guide...

You can have milk whenever u want. Have curd or buttermilk if you are not tolerating milk , having nausea and bloating
