Bournvita in pregnancy
Hello Doctor, I have two concerns: 1. I am 23weeks pregnant. Can I have bournvita milk during pregnancy as it tastes good? If yes then what should be the quantity? I never had bournvita in my pregnancy until today. Today I had 2 tablespoons of bournvita with warm milk. Just feeling concerned about the health of my baby....Is it safe to continue bournvita throughout my pregnancy????? 2. My ObGyn has prescribed me Mother's Horlicks but it is not easily available everywhere (not even online).. What should be used as a substitute of Mother's Horlicks????? Thanks & Regards

Bournvita is a chocolate and sugar based drink.. u will add empty calories and weight gain.. Milk is a complete protein so on its own is sufficient for pregnancy.. if u don’t like the taste of milk the u can add bornvita very little just enough to add flavour so u can drink it
