Hello. Once you start formula milk and don't take particular care to maintain your lactation, it often happens. Breast milk production depends upon demand and supply. The more demand, greater will be the milk production. Also, many other factors like emotional stress, physical pain, lack of sleep, inadequate diet and fluid intake can reduce breast milk production. Going through a major surgery like LSCS, caring for twin babies in postpartum period is itself stressing. Do continue to allow your babies to suckle on the nipples, keep them close to your chest. U can consult for this issue, as certain medications may help.
