Low supply of milk
It's been 14 days to my C section , have been eating Lactare medicine and shatavri granule from a week but still low milk supply that to coming after pumping in machine .. baby is lacting for like 5 seconds and leave it .. please suggest something that can increase milk supply ..

Baby suckling will help to secret prolactin and increases milk supply... Do not stop latching on breast... Avoid stress,adequate sleep.. Maintain adequet hydration 2-3 litres per day..

Breastfeeding is beneficial for both mother and baby. Please hydrate properly. Avoid stress. Try different feeding position to see whats comfortable for you and the baby. See a lactation consultant near you, if problem persists.
