Since last 8-10 Years i randomly get these migraine attacks which are so painful that it starts hurting the left side of the head above eyebrow.
It gets really painful at times that even after medication it doesn't stop. My hydration is als usually good, but this pain gets endless. One of the doctors suggested me Naxdom 500 which was good initially but sometimes even that fails, how to treat this permanently?

If the headaches are becoming frequent you can consider precautionary medication like propranolol on daily basis instead of waiting for the headache and then taking naxdom. Naxdom works amazing if headaches are really infrequent. Also other than hydration there are many causes of migraine known and unknown. So it's good that you maintain hydration but that's not going to treat migraine. Also is there any underlying stress that you are not addressing? Because that also worsens the migraines.
