Migraine and feel depressed
I feel very depressed. I dnt want to talk to anyone. If I talk to anyone I get irritated vry soon. Sometimes I feel like to do something bad with me. I feel hungry but when food comes Infront of me I dnt eat much. I have continuous health issues. One gets healed then another surrounds me.

Hello..... Migraine headed is pulsating in nature ofren associated with aura ,emotions , smell and taste of food,even lack of sleep triggers attack ...sleep for 7-8hours (uninterrupted deep sleep) , don't Carry all tension b,worriers to bed , avoid having coffee or tea in excess.. Rest for sometime, close your eyes during each episode..try to avoid triggering factor..
