My brother was removed from the job.He was badly insulted by the manager. He was a brilliant employee with a good performance.
He was trying to commit suicide but people saved him. It has been more than 20 days since that day he isn't talking like before. He had left hope from life. He doesn't want to do a new job. He got a job but isn't interested in working. He is living in fear that people will make fun of him and ridicule him

Hi
I’m really sorry your brother went through this. Being humiliated at work can deeply shake a person’s confidence and sense of worth. Right now, his silence, loss of interest in jobs, and hopelessness are clear signs of psychological trauma and depression. The suicide attempt shows how heavy this burden feels to him, so it’s very important that he is not left alone in his pain.
He needs gentle support at home avoid pushing him into a job immediately, and instead focus on rebuilding his self-worth in small steps. Encourage open talks, validate his feelings, and remind him that one incident does not define his brilliance. Professional help is crucial here: therapy can help him process the humiliation, reduce the fear of ridicule, and slowly regain confidence in himself. Alongside, a psychiatrist’s review may be needed to stabilize mood and suicidal thoughts.
