Dear friend, Anxiety is a biological response to any unfavorable condition. It's like you have an alarm system for thieves but if this becomes a disorder the alarm system keeps ringing for every trivial situation. It's important to train your mind to see things clearly and for what it is. You should go for long term CBT(cognitive behavioral therapy) measures. But it's also important to get checked for certain metabolic/hormonal condition that can cause these symptoms and some times before u can get good practice with CBT , medicines can act like a bridge.
Next Steps
Get a good psychiatric consult that does some comprehensive assessment and first clears all your doubts and then a referral plan to a good psychologist consultant for CBT.
Health Tips
Never expect a one stop solution for any conditions of the mind, treating and training your mind is a journey in itself.
