Menstrual bleeding and low hb
Dear Doctor, My sister in law has a problem of high menstrual bleeding. Even her caeserian deliveries also associated with severe bleeding problem. The problem persists now also. Now she has her Hb level as 5. She is very weak also. Please help me out

High menstrual flow is caused duo to many reasons. Anemia may be one of the reasons. Iron rich diet should be taken.iron supplements are also taken along with nutritious  diet. If it doesn't solved consult gynaecologist
