7 months pregnent... i took 1 Allegra yesterday n came to know that antibiotics are not safe during pregnancy... but i already took one before i came to know... was it safe?

U should never self medicate yourself during pregnancy. It comes under category C. Considering that u r 7th month and u have taken only 1 tablet...i don’t think it would cause any significant harm.
