Hello.
I have severe anxiety/OCD
I've been on 40mg of Fluoxetine and 10mg of Olanzapine for a year. Recently I've been noticing muscle spasms of my eyelids and throughout my body. Should I be concerned? My psychiatrist told me to reduce to 7.5mg of Olanzapine.
Also, which anti-psychotic and at what dose is least likely to produce tardive dyskinesia/tardive dystonia? Is Quetiapine, for example, safer than Olanzapine and Risperidone? Is Quetiapine as effective as Olanzapine at controlling OCD?
