I took .25 mg of Lorazopam at 2pm today. I got home from work at 8, and took 30ml of zzzquil (diphenhydramine) before I remembered I had already taken lorazopam. It’s now 9:35 and I just remembered you’re not supposed to mix sedatives and I’m feeling extremely tired. Is this combination okay? Don’t want to accidently overdose
