Mc Burney point pain [little ]
Hello doctor
I have single purple straie in right side lower abdomen like near Mc Burney point single straie it may be 4 cms length. While coughing or while I do stretching my body. When I twist my body right lower abdomen hurts while coughing it won't hurt much little pain only but while I stretch or twist suddenly it hurts . And I also have single purple starie stretch mark there . Why ?Please answer to this

Abdominal striae has no relation with right sided abdominal pain.Striae is of cosmetic concern,if there are many could be due to obesity, harmonal disorder.Get ultrasound abdomen scan., CBC and urine examination to determine the cause of the pain

Striae doesn't denote anything.if there us pain in Mc Burney's point. Go for ultrasound scan of abdomen to rule out appendicitis. Do CBC blood.
