I have tried alot of diets d fct is dat k im a big foodie n its dificult to cntrl my cravings towards crunchy namkeens n biryani chinese foods no consistency in diet as i easily get demotivated if i dnt see any reslt plz help

You need to first be clear about the reason why you want to lose weight. Once you are clear you will be able to stick to the diet. Having said that try a couple of tricks - Drink 2 glasses of water when the craving comes and then see if you really want to eat. Most of the time dehydration is misinterpreted as hunger - Do not buy namkeen - If you want to eat biryani make sure you eat it without guilt and in moderation. This will not only make you feel good but will also ensure you do not binge. - Stress and lack of sleep might be triggering your need to binge - Chew your food well... Do not swallow
