My 3 months old baby vomits alit sometimes full milk some times curd milk and his weight is 5kg 10 days back , what should be done to avoid vomit .

Burping after each feed is necessary and try to keep the baby in upright position on shoulder for atleast 20 min . For breastfeeding empty one breast during feed before shifting to feed from other side to completely satisfy the need of the baby and thirst
