MCT oil for 3 year old
My baby is on the lower side of weight and looks skinny. She eats food from family pot but still not gaining weight. Doesn't eat banana or milk but eats rest. Can I start adding half teaspoon of MCT to her sabji or so?

Hello there, it seems your baby is 3 years. It is habit of  Toddlers to not eat and just play. If your baby is active and playing, not lethargic. I would suggest , give proper homemade food. Make experiment with food, involve her in making food , children love that. Rather than adding MCT oil, you can give multivitamin and iron supplements. Do consult online and share weight , I will share medication and get prescribed properly with history
