Lymph or lump behind ear

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I'm 24 years old. I;m having lymph or lump I don't know what it is called, behind my left ear by birth..no pain and all but worried a little bit since everybody asking to go to the hospital otherwise it might be a problem for me. Please guide me.
