Armpit lump, pls help
I'm 22, could it just be a bacterial infection or hiv? This is very painful. Also last month, I had fever, fatigue, mouth, ulcers. I don't really eat well. So could this be just a normal bacterial infection, lymph node infection or something more serious?

More likely to be an abscess. Take tab cefi'xime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5days. Tab acelofenac 100mg one morning and one evening for 3 days. Tab pantaprazole 40mg one daily before breakfast for 5 days. Apply sumeg ointment over it,  2 to 3 times daily. Do some warm, as well as cold compression. If it grows further, get incision and drainage done, in some nearby surgery opd.
