I just noticed a lump under my chin. And wanted to makes sure what it is was. I have PCOS and recently have started the medication of Ginette 35. My endocrinology reads T3 as 96.70 ng/ml

it is most likely an enlarged lymph node or a swelling in your thyroid or salivary glands. i would suggest you visit a general surgeon and maybe get a scan done after discussing with the doctor. routine blood investigations will also be of help. starting on antibiotics will be useful.
