Lump or knot in nape area

Asked for Female, 7 Years

My 7 y/o daughter complained of a numb or strain at the back of her neck. just above the spine area in the nape. i massaged it then felt a small lump or knot. She is currently taking cefuroxime antibiotics because she has swollen tonsils. what can the lump/knot mean? please help.
