It appears to be a volar ganglionic cyst ,a swelling arises from the flexor tendon sheath ,filled with fluid.It is benign and harmless.You can leave it as it is.ultrasound study confirms the diagnosis.If it is painful you may need to consult with a orthopaedist.Depending on causing pain or interfering with hand functionality,treatment is usually either non surgical by needle aspiration or surgical by exicion of the cyst .
