Hello, Based on your description, the pain in your left wrist, especially when applying pressure or opening a tight bottle, could be due to a sprain, tendonitis, or mild repetitive strain injury. Since this discomfort has persisted for a few days, it’s important to ensure there is no underlying issue such as ligament injury or early arthritis. For now, I recommend the following: 1. Rest the wrist and avoid activities that worsen the pain. 2. Apply a cold compress for the first 24-48 hours, then switch to warm compresses if needed. 3. Use a wrist support or brace to provide stability. 4. Over-the-counter anti-inflammatory medications (if not contraindicated for you) may help with pain relief. 5. Topical pain-relief sprays or gels, like Volini, can also provide symptomatic relief. However, a proper evaluation is necessary to confirm the cause and provide specific treatment. Kindly consult me directly via WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for a detailed assessment and tailored treatment plan. Take care.
